REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. Along with the item you wish to return/exchange you will need to send the following:
- Order Receipt E-Mail – You will have received this at the time of ordering.
- Dispatch Email – You will have received this to confirm that your order has been shipped.
- RETURNS NOTE – Complete this section detailing which item(s) you are returning, quantity, and reason for return. Place in parcel with items being returned.
What happens next?
- EMAIL CONFIRMATION – We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund and/or exchange processed. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.
- REFUND PROCESSED – If you are returning your item for a refund, it will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 days after processing to see your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
- EXCHANGE PROCESSED– If you are returning your item for exchange you will receive an email to confirm when your new item is processed and shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of this product.
If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, a credit for the amount due to be refunded will automatically be applied to your Belly Of Jonah customer account.
